FI LANParty Dk P35-T2RS to replace my P5K Vanilla?

i have had issues with my current p5k walling at 470 with both an e6550 and an e6320 cpu. i thought initially it was just the fsb wall for my 6550 til the 6320 had the exact same wall which is a bit of a strange occurance. so i am looking at replacing the board with a DFI LANParty Dk P35-T2RS. do you think the is a good swap or pointless?

try losening you memory first

i have tried loosening to 6-6-6-18 with no luck, the memory is rock solid up to 1066mhz 5-5-5-15 si i don't think its the memory. is it possible this was just a lemon P5K?

Picked up an Abit IP35-Pro hopefully i will have better results with it.
