File extension

I have just downloaded a cookie reader that has entered my machine as "PT cookie.CAB..CA". Can someone tell me what I have to do with it next - thanks.

hmm thats not right like that. there is .cab files and winace can open them. they are microsoft cabinate files, kinda zip files

Could you please give me a link to winace (would that be MS) and I'll try extracting it after renaming the extention. Thanks.
