I turned off my 3rd party cookies because they are evil, but now when I look at certain pages adds don't load which is great but sometimes it gives me a document contains no data popup, how can I turn that off?

Did you try re-enabling those evil 3rd party cookies?
But then I become a file number that grows and grows untill they know everything about me. I am not paranoid, I just hate the shady ad companies on the internet. And like I said it doesnt do it on all ads just certain ones that refuse to load without cookies, I mean the site content is all there its just theres a blank spot where an add should be. Which is fine by me, like I said I just want to turn off the pop up or warning it gives that there is no data in the document. I cant find it under options but I know there is a massive config file you can get to and change junk, must be a way to in there.

you cant - since you are blocking the cookie needed to load that page

so either enable them for that site and get used to ad's - or go on.

you can also make firefox clear the cookies whenever you close firefox (and make exceptions for the ones you want to keep).
