Flashing Bios

Hey guys hows it goin?
I was just wondering how to flash my bios. When I update from the asus site, how do I load it? What should I look out for? Thanks again

That or Asus has the Asus Updater thing, which you can flash from inside Windows.

w/ Asus Update, you can only flash to a newer BIOS. If you wanna go back a revision, you have to use Aflash. You can pick it up from Asus's website.
