I have the MSI TI4200 64mb card. There is a neat utility that allows you to flash the bios. What are the benefits?
I hear w/ MSI it is a pretty safe procedure but why would I want to...would it help my games any? Would a vga flash have helped me w/ my troubles w/ UT2003?

unlikely.
but if you'd feel like taking the risk then you could always do a test and some benchmarks.
video card bioses rarely will improve anything - despite other ppl say.
things to look for is better compatibility with drivers for ex.

Bios flashing is good for one thing...increasing default clock speeds. You can set overclocked clock speeds in the bios, and then make them perm.

But be careful; some BIOSes are designed to work with a certain type of memory and will have different timings (CAS 2, CAS 3, etc) then others.
