So today i went to use my floppy drive for the first time in a while, i meant to make a bootdisk for flashing my 9800 Pro BIOS to an XT, but somehow, i cant read any floppy disk i put in. I continuously get the error

"A:\ is not accessible
No ID Address mark was found on the floppy disk"

I tried cleaning the inside of the drive, using a differnt power line, switching the ends of my connector cable, i tried to directly format a disk but still nothing. Ive tried at least 8 differnt random disks. What can be wrong?
