Thanks for a greap board all. I was able to take reference from this site and successfully overclock my moldy K6-2.

Now that its overclocked, I'm getting "little squares" for letters. This was mainly on web pages (message forums are the worst) but is migrating into everything. Whatever "it" is, seems to just pick a letter by random, then replace it with a square.

I've allready returned my MB setting back to factory (had no problems before), but the squares are still here! I've ran a few Norton utilites hoping it would help, but nothing. Scandisk (both Norton and Win veriety) came back with no errors.

Anyone have any ideas? I really hate (my system is slow!) to have to reistall everything. Below are specs if it helps any (DON'T LAUGH!! :D )

Daewoo (junk) MB
AMD K6-2 400 MHz
Western Digital 6 gig
64M RAM (100 MHz)
PCI sound and video
Win '98 SE (all current updates)

Thanks

Ben
