They both use the same heatsink, I believe. The fop 38 uses a delta fan that moves more air, but is louder than the fop 32. The fan moves at 6800 rpm. The fop 32-1 is like $18 at www.coolerchips.com The Alphas are good too. If you get an Alpha, get one with a delta fan, they rock.
