fop32,pep66 or pal6035?

Have a 1 gig bird with fop32, silver compound,running 45 to 49c tempetures.Will the alpha pal 6035 or pep66 bring my temps down anymore? Which on best? How much? WORTH SPENDING $32.00? THANX
