can this CPU-100 cpu block support P4 478 ?? the web site on Koolance only stated for 370, A and 462 (with adapter) but didn't mention about socket 478.....

If you want to cool a P4 (478 pin), I believe you have to go to the CPU-200 block. It ships with the correct adapters. The older block is only for AMD/PIII use.

yes you can buy mounting clips online for the P4 designed for the CPU-100. The CPU-200 howevber comes with mounting brackets for both 462 and P4
