Ohyeah... is your FSB set to 133 via jumper or BIOS? Not to familure with your Board and up your Vcore to 1.75 @ 10x166 at first run then if that works you can try somethign different

Towards the end of this thread it states that it will boot up at 5.5 initially and after that it is OK.

I know I read that, and then when I go to switch it off of 5.5 it freezed. I ripped the line off, I'll redo in a few days until I figure this out I don't think.

Yes that is what mine did exactly... only differance was I had to up my vcore... for some odd reason
