I am currently using windows XP Service Pack 3 and it still freezes.
I installed XP for just stopping this issue. I loved windows 7 but i thought this problems are based on vista or 7. I failed.

When i play, my GPU temp is approx. 50C, my CPU temp approx 60C.

I made a report using everest.
here is my hardware list.

Please lead me about problem.

Did you overclock? If not, then set your voltages to auto and see what happens.

thank you for your reply,
The voltages values I gave above cannot be changed in BIOS.
There is only two section in voltages
one - disabled
two - it's own value

I couldt change it.

is there any program to do that?

and i didn't overclock.
