Dehumidifiers basically have all the components of a Refridgeration system, correct? Its got a huge compressor and a huge radiator. Would it work if i was to mod it into a PC cooler? IE Like i pumped it thru a water cooling system to my Video Card and CPU ?

So, could i put its evaporator into a big container, pump antifreeze/water into it and cool it a lot

You'll be disappointed with the results. Refrigeration systems are designed with a terminal evaporator temperature target. Freezer systems are designed so that the evaporator reaches -25C. A dehumidifier is designed to condense water from air and has an evaporator target of around -5C.
