u could always put the resevoir of the water cooling unit in the refridegator and do some modifications to the fridge unit...well.... it would be possible... but of coz u would have a bit of tubing running around the house... and most likely... u'r mom would think u'r nuts...
 
To dodge the condensation, one can always 'insulate' the board/socket. Unfortunately, this can get a bit messy. As long as you can keep water/CPU temps right above the ambient air temp, you won't have to worry about condensation.
