Fried my CPU; is my data integrity at risk?

The water pump on my 1.4 T-bird failed. It will no longer overclock, not even a little, and it seems to be a bit unstable in general. I can still run it at 1.4 GHz however. My question, if I continue to crunch WUs using it, am I putting the data at risk of being useless to SETI@home? I intend to replace the CPU eventually (sooner than later), but should I quit crunching with the damaged unit?

Run the benchmark WU on it and submit it. He will let you know if the data is corrupt.
