Thanks for sticking up for us guys, We try really hard to have a good edge over the competitors. We try and offer sleeving services when most shops don't. The thing with Xeno guys runs a lot deeper than you all know about. There are several issues we have Xeno that are totally unrelated to this purchase of the PSU that he made.
I am not willing to talk about what these issues in depth we have with Xeno in a public forum, they involve issues far beyond the scope of this simple PSU. I can assure you all in here, that the reply to Xeno was not just from him emailing us using curse words, however his email was way over the top and even a Wal-Mart manager would have told you where to go.
The stick is way farther in the mud with us and Xeno and it its well over a year old at this point. Some issues we have with Xeno are our forums magically getting all the content deleted one day, a rabid email that came from our forums when Xeno had control over them, and several other debasing attacks on FrozenCPU that we feel he was either involved in directly or indirectly. I will not go farther than this into this situation, but Xeno is NOT JUST SOME customer that we decided to tell F*&*& Off. There is more behind these scenes.
I am the sole owner @ FrozenCPU and if anyone would like to discuss any other service issues that we have, I am always available via phone at our offices or by email. I can assure you we do not handle our normal customers this way. If anyones from OCFORUMS wants to make an order with me, I am willing to give 10% off to show our loyal support to this cummunity and squash this situation.
