Fsb:dram?

I have a question. OK in the bios i have the FSB : DRAM set to auto should it be set to BY SPD? and the memory timings should it be set to SPD also. it is currently set to optimal

set 6/6. memory can be spd if u are happy with the timings it gives at your current fsb.
