FSB Overclocking

Ok well i'm up to 1022 mhz now with my FSB @ 147 mhz. My question is whe i have it this high is 4/4/1 to high for my Ram should i set it to 4/3/1 when going for high FSM overclockering?

That all depends on if the machine is stable or not.

Do not alter the pre-charge priority unless the memory begins to cause a problem at higher FSB's.
