FX 5700 AGP voltage

When I change my motherboard AGP voltage to 1.6V, is only the AGP voltage changed or the chipset as well? (nforce 2 400 Gigabyte GA-7N400E-L, Ennyah FX 5700 128MB)
My FX 5700 runs without artifacts at 474/632 (default 425/550).

No, they just use approximately the same voltage.
