Today will be lower clocked kit but at higher capacity - G.Skill ARES 16GB ( 2x8GB ) DDR3-1600 CL9 1.50V.
Memory chips are blank but serial number is telling us it's probably Nanya IC. I haven't seen many of those in G.Skill memory.
G.Skill ARES DDR3-1600 C9 has only one XMP profile which is working perfectly on Gigabyte Z97X-SOC Force and ASUS H97M-Plus.
Below there are results on XMP profile ( first screenshot ) and overclocking results.
XMP#1 - 1600 9-9-9-24 2N 1.50V
1866 9-10-9-24 1N 1.50V
2133 11-11-11-24 1N 1.50V
2133 9-11-11-24 1N 1.65V
2400 11-12-12-30 1N 1.65V
Overclocking is pretty good considering these are 8GB modules. It's also the best result on Nanya IC I've seen.
I had this ARES 1600 C9 memory for one evening only and I bet it can make some more. I was also limited to degraded Pentium G3258 ( I was pushing it too hard at too high voltage ). I wasn't expecting to get this memory and I sold 4790K couple of days ago.
As always feel free to add comments.
