You can remove the battery for a few minutes or if you look closely at the mobo, just above the BIOS chips, you will see the 3 solder points where the pins should be. If you short accross two of them with a screwdriver that should do it, not sure which two but just do the first two and then the other two. Remember to unplug the powercord from the PSU, or if it has a switch shut off from there, when you are doing either way.
Also you could try keeping the Ins key pressed and switching on, (this is the key for the VRX/P so might not be the same 4 u)but it sometimes doesnt work for me.
