Literally. I get a headache, mostly in the back of my head just above my neck and I get nauseous, with stomach pain.

I'm currently gaming on a 60" Samsung TV with 60 Hz refresh rate, positioned at the base of my bed. This is a new development. I wonder, would making use of my monitor help? Lemme tell ya, getting older sucks! But it sure beats the alternative!

Luckily, I'm not there yet (getting sick from gaming).

But I game from a 28" monitor that's arm's length away, not a 60" screen just past my toes, lol.

Yeah... see if a desk-type situation with a desktop-size monitor gives you the same feeling...

You might either need glasses... or it's time to change your prescription.

This happens to me whenever my prescription changes.

New pair of glasses? Problem gone.

Conversely... it could also be the distance of your TV set. Try moving it a little closer or a little further if you can and see if that makes a difference.

But if you've never worn glasses before... then congratulations: You probably need them now.

Same for me. When I needed new glasses I had the same problem. get your vision checked.

So my left eye is just fine. My right eye was lazy for the first 40 years of my life. It was surgically corrected but they didn't do it 100% so I still have (mostly) suppressed double vision. That's probably it. I'll try and eye patch.

That has to be rough, I dated a girl in high school with a lazy eye, we broke up because she was always seeing someone on the side and when we would talk about it we could never see eye to eye on the situation!!! I stole that from jungle cruise LOL but on a serious note, I've noticed for the past 5+ years that after I play any game for longer than a couple hours my vision is shot for a few hours afterwards, bad enough to where I can hardly make text unless I zoom it in, I know I should get my eyes checked since it's probably been 20 yrs since I've last been to an eye dr.

LMFAO good one!

I told that to my gfs co worker who has it in both eyes but her right eye is really bad, I thought she was gonna piss herself from laughing so hard, as soon as she takes her glasses off they start going all over the place. She'd make one hell of a supervisor lol I don't think she's ever tried to have it corrected though, how do they do that?

It's a muscle weakness. So they adjust it. They detach the muscle, shorten it and then they reattach it to the eye. Or at least this was my understanding after he explained it.
