Any way I can mod my US GC to play Europe region games?

I know there's a simple mod with GCNs that allow US consoles to play US and JPN games, needs a switch, two wires, and some decent soldering skills. I'm not sure if that mod allows the GCN to play EUR games.

Otherwise, I know of no other mods.
