GeForce 2 GTS, i think i haw problems with overclocking

Yeah yesterday i get GeForce 2 GTS . First what i done, i stisk heatsinks on to memory and cooler to GPU. The maximum what i get out from GTS GPU@260 Ram@370DDR, but i Q3@1024 32 bit its show blank screen whay? What can i doo and it's normal GPU@260 ram@370?

Sounds like a cheap OEM GF2 GTS to me. Make sure you installed the hs/fan properly, but other than that, you might have just gotten a bummed out card for oc'ing.
