Geforce 3 Drivers

Hey guys
I just installed my Geforce three and Visiontek drivers and I ran 3d mark 2k (can't get 2k1 to work for some reason) and I am getting pretty low scores. What driers would you guys suggest, i know I can get them all at guru3d.com

What drivers I reccomend depends upon what version of DirectX you are running and this may also be the reason that you cant get 3dmark2001 working
