Geforce 3 Ti 200 64 mb ram VS 128 mb ram

hi all,
i am planning to buy a new video card for my new system i've choosed to buy a GAINWARD/CARDEXPERT GeForce 3 Ti200 but i want to know what kind of performance difference i should get between the 64 or 128 mb version.and is it worth it? (the 30$ price difference?).
any feedback is welcomed.
btw my new system will be:
AMD athlon 1800 XP
2 x 256 mb DDR ram OCZ 3000
SOLTEK DRV5
MAXTOR D740X 80 GB
plus my old parts:
sblive value
16 speed pioneer dvd
teac 16x10x40 writer
and my 19 inch screen.

I have the Gainward geforce 3 ti-500 128mb golden sample (which as a matter of fact has a Ti-200 spec chip on it for some reason) and when comapring this card to Gainward 3 ti-200's with 64 meg that are used by a number of people I know, there is not an exceptional amount of difference untill you start to overclock the card as the ti200 128 mb has 4 nano second DDR and the 64 mb cards use a less rated memory.
Overall the difference is minimal imho .. but Im happy with the 128mb card.. its your money, your call
