I used RivaTuner to overclock mine. I have it at 310/675 right now with stock cooling. Im pretty sure I can get the core higher. I just havent really pushed it very hard. Its stable at this speed though. I ran sandra for 12 hours with no aritfacts or loss of stability. Needless to say I am very happy with this card. Keep in mind that your mileage may vary.
