Geforce Tweak Utility, AMD, VIA conflict?

I've been using the Geforce Tweak Utility (coolbits) with my previous system with no problems ,until I replaced my system with an AsusA7M266 mobo with AMD chipset and VIA southbridge. If I make any changes to the GTU and reboot, my screen is all a bunch of scrambled colors. I have to reboot into safe mode and reinstall my video card drivers(Geforce2GTS 11.00 drivers) and everything is normal. Anybody else have this problem and how can it be corrected so I can use the GTU again?

I had that same problem with my system. gigabyte board and PIII with a GeForce 2 mx card. It messed up my drivers and the card wouldn't work. I got fustrated and uninstalled the utility and ran my card at the default settings. I don't know of a fix for it we could try to email the suport for the software. should be on nvidias web site.
