Is this just OC'd PC3200?

Basically it's RAM which is meant to run at PC3700, if it officially existed.

Since all RAM chips are structurally the same, the only difference is the speed they can run at (such as different CPU steppings), and PC3700 (or PC3500 for that matter) is simply meant to be "better than the best"

GeIL doesn't exactly have a stellar track record. I bought some, then sent it back for some Corsair XMS3500 after reading a little more.
