Geil True Value & ABIT NFS-7

Hello, I have a 512 mb pc3200 geil true value ram. I am having a hard time getting this ram to overclock at all. I am trying to get stable at 220-230 but I can not get it work well. I have done the L12 mod and tic tac d24 bios. I am running at 2.5, 4,4,8? I have tried other ram settings such as, "optimal setting" for the fsb. But the geil doesn't like those settings.
