general o/c questions

hi people
after 3 times of unavailing attempt to unlock my xp2000+, i've finally decided to give up, and now i'm back to o/c my system without unlocking it. and would like to know how high could i possibly get with a locked system, could i still change the vcore with a locked system?
and also how could i find out what speed is my ram running at?

Yes you can up the vcore with a locked CPU and the ram will be running at what ever FSB your running the CPU at.
