i've been running some generic pc100 on my soyo k7vta and i finally bit the bullet and got some corsair cas2 150 and my bandwidth increase on my memory transfer was to say the least marginal it went from 412mb/s to 498 mb/s my memory bus is at 140mhz now and it seemes like i should have seen a bigger increase with this ram. i also have 4way interleave on.
any thoughts on this? btw i meant 150 not 160

kinda low are you using a kt133a chipset? make sure it is 2-2-2. not just cas precharge at 2cycles.

im using a kt133 chipset my fsb is105 and my memory bus is 140 and i checked out the timings in sisoft and they were 3-3-3 so i set the bios to 2-2-2 and now in getting 512/alu in sisoft but that still seems crappy for cas2 ram at 140mhz with 4way inerlave on
