Ok, currently I have a TB system (Check signature for exactly what it is).
I have friends round everyday and we share my system and my other K6-2 System. Here are the specs of my K6-2 system...

K6-2 450 @ 495 (110x4.5) (Coolermaster cpu fan)
Gigabyte GA-5AA Mobo
Creative GeForce 32Mb Annihilator Pro (6.31 drivers)
128Mb PC133 Generic SDRAM (1x128Mb 2-3-3)
17Gb 5,200rpm Fijitsu HDD
52x Creative CD-ROM
Creative AWE64 Gold
3Com 10/100 Network Card
230w generic power supply
System fan, open case

Here are the new bits Im going to replace with the old ones. What difference can I expect with my system?

Duron 800Mhz @ >900Mhz (ThermoEngine 5krpm cpu fan)
ABit KT7A Motherboard
256Mb PC133 Generic SDRAM (1x128Mb 2-3-3)
300w generic power supply

well first of all a pretty big performance increase because of the duron. Also if you plan to o/c your system any more, say to 1GHz, get something better than a 5400rpm hd(if your wallet lets you), possibly an ibm...my2cents

That Duron system should make a Ghz and benchmark out faster than a 1 ghz P3.
-----------------------------
Duron 800 @ 1050 using Global Win FOP-32 with Y-Tech Fan (140 x 7.5)
Abit KT7A-Raid
512 mb (PC133 Crucial Stuff CAS 2)
Hard Drive Cooler
Elsa Eraser X2 Gforce with Blue Orb modified to display as a Quadro and overclocked
Sound Blaster Live
Full Tower with 5 (120 mm) case fans with seperate PSU
