ghetto rigged temp probe..

so if i went over to target and bought one of those small indoor/outdoor temp probes .. where could put the remote probe to get somewhat accurate temps for the cpu? the bh6 i have has a lm79 sensor near the back of the board behind a pci slot.. not really close enough to tell the cpu temps..

anyway.. its a 1.2 cel on a slot-t.. could i put it on the back of the slotket?

yeah, it's pretty much going to be the same thing you'd find at radio shack. which is where im convinced most of the other online vendors get their quality [yeah, right] products.

Thought botu that before.. but the temp probe is huuge from all the one si have seen
