ghosting question

I think my operating system drive is dying(making funny random clicks and running slooow)so i bought a wd caviar 1 tb and was thinking about ghosting my current drive onto it so i dont have to do a complete install etc etc.Is this a real pain to do(Ive never done it before)and what are the pitfalls involved with it.Thanks for any replys

Since you have a WD, i would recommend the WD Acronis software, its pretty easy to use, just use the option to image the system drive onto your new drive and you should be good to go from there.

Its available on Western digital support and downloads site.
