Off n On these last 10 months this system , also in my signature , this rig has experienced some quirky bugs.
Of which the ASUS 4080 needed RMA'd after a power outage while running folding@home.
Also, there was a memory kit Gskill low profile 6000 mhz cl 30 , that 1 stick would not boot in any system.

Today , i shut down the system and left for my shift.
After getting back system will not boot.

Tried resetting cmos
checking wire connections and plugs

onboard diagnostic debug leds stick at vga

System overall has seen similar symptoms as stated off and on every couple months.
Thoughts advice ?

that cpu has integrated graphics. You could try to boot without a dedicated card to see if it will boot

did you remove the discrete card when trying the onboard graphics?

If you haven't, update the bios to the latest version and see if that knocks any ghosts out it. Doesn't feel like an OS thing if you can't get past POST...

Try breadboarding the system for giggles too.

LMK if you need a replacement board. I've got em. PM me... ;)

Edit: the power hit(s) may have knocked the board out to wonky status.:(

Again , this morning the system will not boot following a power outage.
Removing the VGA Discrete Graphics , which was RMA'd within the last 2 months , system boots with onboard video.
MB diagnostic are lighting up the vga LED.

Ideas advice?

Try 2nd PCIe Slot?

It might be a driver issue.

Verified CMOS is cleared , System boots with GPU in PCIe Slot 1 using onboard video of the 13600k
No video signal and Nvidia Control Panel does not run at boot.
Manually Starting the Application

Gonna triple check Power Cables to MB and GPU
Try 2nd PCIe Slot
Try a different PCIe Expansion Card

Havent gotten any further in trouble shooting the build ...

Quick visual inspection has revealed what appears as a damaged 180 degree ATX 3.0 GPU Power Connector.

At least temporarily , GPU is now outputting a video signal.

1. Reseated the GPU Power connector from the PSU
2. Used HDMI cable bypassing the AVR to the TV.
Video source was working direct then reconnected it in Pass thru into the AVR
