gigabyte GA-6BXC with celeron 700 possible?

i have a ga-6bxc m/b which have pcb rev 1.9. I have installed the bios upgrade for pcb rev 2.0a(f4b) and it worked do you think my m/b will work with a celeron 700mhz CPU?
by the way i have a celeron 366@458 and no problems occured with 64 megs RAM.

If it supports coppermines(fc-pga) it'll work.
