Gigabyte GA-7IXE4 MOBO Advice PLEASE!!

Hello. I have the Gigabyte GA-7IXE4 mobo, and an athlon (socket a) 800 cpu. I want to o/c it without having to raise the FSB, as this is a very crude way of doing it. How can i change the multiplier of the cpu?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

if it's anything like my mobo (see below) then you're **** out of luck...
