One of my friends was telling me he heard horror stories about the motherboard RMA process. Now I'm one of the victims of this.
I sent a GA-P35C-DS3R in for RMA after it died from no where.

Obviously it's discontinued now, so they are trying to give me a similar board, except for the fact that the DS3L does not support DDR3. Which is what they sent me. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128059 which was apparently replaced by the EP35. WTF?! heh
So you can understand the problem here. Does anyone know about Gigabytes RMA process as far as requesting a better board, or if I'm able to use this one until they can send me the same or better board? I need some help here
