give me a 2 line rivatuner tutorial

Ok, i just downloaded rivatuner so I can overclock my video card with the new detonator drivers. will someone please tell me which registry entries I need to modify to alter the gpu and memory speed and the numbering scheme I enter (I mean, enter 550 for 550Mhz or enter a hex value 226 for 550Mhz).

These are the only things I need to know.
