The GW FOP-32/38 is great value for the money. The drawback is that it's difficult to attach to the S370/Socket A lugs. It's a two person job. One to bend the SK7 clip from hell, the other to latch the pos fragile buckle. An amazing amount of downward pressure is required. None of this pressure can be applied to the buckle. Period. It's a fragile pos cheapass pos. As you can tell, I broke the tinfoil buckle. If you're short of Tarzan-like strength, you definitely need two people. Wait, there's more. You must be certain that the bottom of the HSF covers the entire CPU before even thinking about starting the process of latching the non buckle end of it. In other words, this HSF is a glass CPU seller's dream. It cut an easily visible line into the middle of the top of my lapped C366. Glass CPU's don't cut, they crush. Personally, I'll by an Alpha instead the next time.

I just got an FOP38 in the mail. The first thing I noticed was the P.O.S. clip that came with it. I traded it for an old coolermaster clip I had laying around. That solved whatever problem would may have occured.
