HI..I want to know if the Lite-On Fs-120 case Is good for Air Cooling, And I want to know what good case is for water cooling, Im not sure if I want go with water cooing yet..(i.e. $$$$$), and my desk only has room for a 23 5/8 tall case, ....any input is appreciated!!!!

Y'know, when I saw your thread title I thought it was going to some kind of discussion or ranting for/against water cooling.
Just get any spacious case. With some powertools you can make it suit your needs.
BTW, water cooling can be quite cheap. My current DIY project (still underway) is estimated to cost me about US$40. It's gonna be a bong (evaporative tower) made out a large plastic container and the waterblock will be made from an old pentium heatsink. The most expensive item here is actually the 400gal/hr water pump, at US$19.
