Good, cheap HS for a non overclocked computer

Hi All,

I'm building a computer for a friend and I just can't bring myself to use the pathetic standard aluminum HSF that comes with an athlon xp. Even in a non-overclocked machine, the temps are way higher with it than on my OC'd machine, thanks to my AX7.

Can anybody recommend a good performing, cheap and fairly quiet HSF that I can put on this machine? A website link would also be really appreciated.

Thermalright SK6 would be a good choice...Don't know what it costs in US

Or The Thermaltake Volcano 7, which is quite cheap as fas as I know..
