Im looking for new 80mm fan for my CPU and inside case. This fan seemed to have really good cfm for the db level. Does it look good to anyone else? (or too good to be true?)

Fan Dimension 80x80x25 mm
Rated Voltage 12VDC Fan Speed Control Setting:
From 2900 - 5000rpm depending on case temp

Air Flow:
2900rpm 46.2cfm (+/- 10%)
5000rpm 52.1cfm (+/- 10%)

Noise Rating:
2900 rpm - Approx 27db
5000 rpm - Approx 38db

Bearing Type Two Ball Bearing
Life Time 50,000 hours
Connector: 3-Pin Molex

That looks like a Thermaltake Smart Fan, is it? I have one of those left over from a Volcano 7 heatsink. I clipped off the thermistor so it runs at 5100 rpm 53cfm all the time. Its a little loud at full speed, but not annoyingly so.
