good fan?

Im looking for new 80mm fan for my CPU and inside case. This fan seemed to have really good cfm for the db level. Does it look good to anyone else? (or too good to be true?)

That looks like a Thermaltake Smart Fan, is it? I have one of those left over from a Volcano 7 heatsink. I clipped off the thermistor so it runs at 5100 rpm 53cfm all the time. Its a little loud at full speed, but not annoyingly so.
