Good quiet power supply?

Hi all,
I am currently using a 250W PSU, which i believe is keeping me from getting a higher oc. Running a Duron 800 @ 1066 @ 1,93V.
I am looking for a good PSU, around 300-400W. It shouldn't be too loud as I just have no tolerance for fans.
I am leaning towards getting a 350W Enermax psu with two fans and adjustable fan speed, would that be a good buy? What do you suggest?

or you might look into the Enermax 431W Whisper, the price different isn't that big.

So far...My new Antec Truepower 550 is working like a charm!

Fully variable fans controlled by the internal temperature of the PSU.

It also has outputs to apply vairable control to case fans as well..

It made quite a but of differance in my case noise....

I used the variable control for my "Blowhole fan".....this makes sure there is enough airflow through the PSU to keep it cool.

Just My opinion...

I just got a Sparkle 300w with noise killer fan. When I tested it it was so quite i didnt know it started.
