The m/b will be for a friend who is not into overclocking and actually doesn't know much about computers in general...I'm gonna put it together for him but since he doesn't know much about comps I don't want it to wig out on him...it'll house like a pIII800-900mhz with pc133 ram and a ata66 hd...he doesn't want to spend a bunch either...thanks for any feedback...

Since its not gonna be a overclocker, you can try a ASUS CUSL2-C , notice the C.

This mobo is stable as a rock, and supports CopperMine CPU 933+ running at 133FSB. Its a FC-PGA Slot (Flip-Chip)

In fact I bought two of em, 1 for my friend and one for me and everything is just stable. Installation was easy and I had zero problems even when I put in a old HDD which had a diff motherboard (ASUS P2B) and a Win98SE OS.

My friend is a novice at computers, so I got him the CUSL2-C and I built up the puter for him and had ZERO problems building it.

FINAL Modify:

It also supports upto ATA/100 HDD

I have an AbitSE6, i815 chipset... and it's very stable, even overclocked. Onboard video and sound too, if he doesn't need top of the line video and sound.
