Good voltage for 4.6 oc 6700K?

Got a mITX with 6700K and Asus Maximus VIII Impact Mini, cooled by a H80i V2. In BIOS I set TPU 2 in order to get a quick 4.6 OC, but temps in online games, max settings, get to 74C max, while fans on the H80i are at full speed, and only the roof of my CM 110 is covered, with sides open, so is there a way to get lower temperature at 4.6 oc by tweaking BIOS? No room for more fans because the gtx 1070 mini doesn't allow it.

Check your voltage in Windows. Then set your OC to manual in BIOS . Plug in the x46 multiplier then the voltage you saw in windows. Test it. Then lower it and test again untill you find it gets unstable in windows.

Your temp is normal for that cooler at that overclock.
