The Rog Strix 4080S i chose was bought in September and under warranty from seller. I don’t care that the price will go down like i don’t care if other card it’s betterYou're something else meng... ICANT
Le sigh....what I had already taken into account was that the dude was buying a, currently, $1,000 USD card. So, even at $750/the same cost as an inflated new card (and his '$250 below cost'), a 5070 would be a better deal... and be under warranty for 3 years. Also worth a mention is what 4080 prices can potentially do in a week or so (likely drop). the biggest problem is we don't know a lot of information, like... what the actual cost was of the 4080 he bought. If he snagged a NEW one for under $750, then you lucked into being correct. We're asking questions (not getting answers) to try to get to the bottom of it. Nobody was 'jamming it down his throat'... we were searching for the best deal and the dude went off a bought a card. SMFH....
I wonder how much he paid for his 4080S (and if it's under warranty - sounds like used pricing......)... that would tell us if it was the right choice...not your huberis.
Yes, the 4080S it’s under seller warranty, was bought in September 2024, price it’s not relevant because here everything it’s more expensive, that’s the life. About the fact that the price will drop it’s a really but I don’t care about. Same I don’t care if other card in future will be better because same, I know that will happen. I just try to get best deal on the present day, i just try to choose the best card from the offer i got and that was done with the help i got here also. You're something else meng... ICANT
