Convinced a friend of mine back home to do some GPU folding for me back home while my poor Presscott rig is down for what may well end up nearing a full month.

He's getting 8:32 a frame i belive... which i dont think is too bad for a 3.0 presscot driving a x1900xt.
Besides, that raipes what my Prescott @ 3.6 tower does when its running at its best.

Only a GPU instance, and no CPU instance... But not too bad for free, and at least a full week of GPU goodness.
The only part that makes me sad is that when he stops helping me out hell leave me far behind if he starts folding for himself lol.
I doubt all six of my crunchers working perfectly could match his CPU and GPU -- hmm at least i feel the joy for a little while right?

Regardless a few  's need to be raised to those who help out when ur down. :bday:

have him setup the GPU to run at (even just) stock 3D speed by using ATITool or ATI Tray Tool, and it will dip into mid 6mins range, thus 730+ppd!! when o/c'ed, it will be close to near 800ppd on a XT card.

Hmm, me thinks hes having issues o turned it off so he didnt hear his GPU fan overnight.
I would have expected one WU to have come back in 8 hours - oh well. Free is free :D
