Technical Enhancements

Depending on hardware support, GTAV players on PC who upgrade will be able to enjoy:

  • Ray tracing features only available on PC such as ambient occlusion and global illumination — plus ray traced shadows and reflections first debuted on consoles
  • Support for AMD FSR1 and FSR3, and NVIDIA DLSS 3
  • Faster loading times using SSD and DirectStorage on supported devices and configurations
  • Enhanced support for higher resolutions, higher aspect ratios, and higher framerates
  • DualSense® controller support, with adaptive triggers
  • Enhanced audio with support for Dolby Atmos and improved fidelity of speech, cinematics, and music

PC GTAV is getting some technical updates. Might have to dust off my copy! Available March 4.

This I've GOTTA see... I think I got that game free on like 3 different PC platforms. I'll probably download the Epic Games version. Maybe before March 4th so I can see if I can tell a difference.

EDIT: Also... it's crazy that the pc FULLY supports haptic feedback in the Dualsense.

It worked just fine in Rivals as well...

I haven't had that game installed since my FX8320/GTX 970 days. I need to reinstall & look at the new update. :)
